About This Project
The Kooyongkoot Project demonstrates modern luxury and craftsmanship in the prestigious Scotch Hill precinct in a stunning five-bedroom, five-bathroom home designed by architect Christopher Doyle in collaboration with Royale Construction. The grand limestone exterior, beautiful landscaped gardens, pool area and the interior is illuminated by carefully selected, premium lighting pieces that create an atmosphere of refined luxury.

The English outdoor lighting collection has a rustic / farmhouse feel with beautiful rich, bronze finish and clear, seeded glass panels.
The Madison Pendant
In the chef's kitchen, the Madison 3 light pendant shines above the marble countertops, adding a touch of glamour with its antique gold finish. These pendants offer functional yet stylish lighting, making the kitchen both practical and visually stunning.
For your kitchen, these pendants are ideal for illuminating islands or dining areas, providing a beautiful blend of form and function.
Chandeliers
The Sonatina 12-light chandelier is a crystal masterpiece. Next to the ornate marble fireplace, it creates a breathtaking atmosphere of elegance and grandeur, elevating the space's luxurious feel.
In the executive study, the Venroy 8 light chandelier is a stunning centrepiece that perfectly complements the classic blue space. Its aged brass finish adds warmth and depth to the room, enhancing the luxurious, professional feel of the space.
The Bouvet 6 light chandelier features in the wine cellar, its honeycomb mesh and clear glass design casting subtle shadows that enhance the space's sophisticated atmosphere.
The Lyon Wall Lights
On the entertainment terrace, Lyons wall lights line the space overlooking a garden-set pool. Paired with bronze ceiling fans, these lights create a soft, ambient glow that perfectly complements outdoor dining and relaxation areas.
