The existing Norfolk Island pine tree stands as a landmark feature in the district, providing a natural anchor for the property. With the house positioned close to Christies Beach in South Australia, it feels as if the tree guides you from the shoreline.

The quintessential Malvern East Art Deco 1920’s home, accentuated perfectly by our Lark product family. The Façade period details have been kept which includes exposed brick detailing, lead light windows, white stucco and a classic front garden.
